The comedian discussed his experience at the Cactus League spring training games on the "Late Show with David Letterman."

Comedian Will Ferrell spent last Thursday doing a spring training marathon. He played five games on 10 different teams to raise money for college scholarships for cancer survivors.

But it wasn't all flowers and butterflies. No, the major leaguers didn't take it easy on Ferrell just because he was an actor. An appropriately dressed Ferrell recalled the terrifying moments he survived during the Cactus League games while visiting the "Late Show with David Letterman" on Tuesday.

The "Get Hard" actor made some plays, but 90-mph fast balls whizzing past his head was no joke.
